I’ve been a Christian for many years, but like the people Paster Joe described, I have harbored a grudge against my former boss & her husband since last June when they let my daughter & I go abruptly and would give us no reason. Every time I thought of either one of them, I just seethed. Listening to Pastor Joe’s sermon just now, I forgave both of them, and asked God to help me to let it go. I’m so thankful that I took the time to listen, and to get back to my Christian “roots.” It feels like such a burden has been lifted from my shoulders – again – I’m so glad that I listened to his message today, and have realized that I needed to let this go, and forgive, even if I don’t understand the why behind what happened to us. It feels good to have let it go!
