I wish I was as excited as I once was. I still love God and know He has chosen me, yet, that all encompassing joy is not present.

Lately I’ve been looking at my job an obstacle for my music ministry. I pray that God gives me a more definite sign if he wants me to abandon all and that this is not just me own desire. Please pray for me that i have the wisdom to know when it is God speaking to me.

I am a new Christian. I was saved about 6 months ago. For me the tranformation was stunning and very drastic. I just got my diploma in specialized education and I was caught in a big dilemma. I prayed the Lord that he would give me an indeniable sign to indicate which road He wanted me to take. As always He answered me and it was so powerful. As promise, I listened, obeyed and did what I believe He told me to do. I turned my back to a good paying governent job to work as a social worker for the community (minimun wage of course) I remembered that we cannot serve both God and money. I feel good about my choice. I know that I am where God wants me to be. The Spirit speaks very clearly to me. And I try to listen to Him more, and more everyday. I really like Zyxter Church and I think that Pastor Joe is really gifted. Pastor Joe thank you for teaching, you have a really modern, and clear way to explain the scriptures. Good job!! I watched all your messages and I’m waiting for more :-)

Colossians 3:17 – And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

    Pastor Joe,
How exciting it is to take that step as a church body into a new facility. My church, Real Life, in Marquette Heights, IL, just that leap just about a year ago. We rented a movie theatre every Sunday for almost 2 years. We were blessed with a new building to have service in January 09. Jesse Bartz is our pastor and shepherd. I don’t know anybody in colorado, but if I ever get that way, I want to visit..to crash and worship a service if you will. God Bless you and the new building in the years to come!! I will continue to check you out online and pass the messages that the Lord gives you onto to people that need to hear them!
    Peace and Love,
    A sista in Christ!!!
